Privacy Policy — Marble Arena

This Privacy Policy describes how Grace Apps (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Marble Arena mobile application (the “App”) on iOS and Android. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. No account required

The App does not require you to create an account or provide your real name, email, or phone number. You play under a self-chosen nickname and an optional country flag. We identify your device with a randomly generated, anonymous ID so your progress and leaderboard entry persist.

2. Information we collect

We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, or other sensitive personal data.

3. How we use information

Operate the game, save progress, and run the global leaderboard.
Measure marketing performance and attribute installs.
Show and measure advertising (free version) and manage subscriptions.
Diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve the game.

5. Advertising & tracking (iOS App Tracking Transparency)

On iOS we ask for your permission before using your advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking, via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, we still show ads, but they are non-personalized and attribution is limited. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

6. Your choices

Allow or deny tracking via the iOS prompt or device settings.
Subscribe to remove ads.
Opt out of push notifications in device settings.

7. Data retention & deletion

Local data lives on your device until you delete the App. Anonymous leaderboard data is kept while the App is active. Because we hold no personal identifiers, you can request deletion of your anonymous record by emailing us with your in-game nickname at developer@graceappsai.com.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. We rely on their safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
